Deliva africa- Food ordering and delivery service in Mozambique
Nextbrain technologies developed a food ordering and delivery mobile application for the client deliva africa. The client offers services for customers based in Bairro, Polana, Alto Mae, Malangalene and Sommerschield. The application allows users to find the best restaurant within their location and order the delicious food from the given menu and get the food delivered at your doorsteps. Using the app you can make easy payment and get the food delivered quickly.
Customer app features
Search the restaurant
Customers can use GPS location services or they can add their address to find the restaurants. Customers can search the restaurant with applied filters to select the exact category of hotels and restaurants nearer to their location
Select your favorite food
After selecting the restaurant, the customers can go through different varieties of dishes the restaurant is providing and browse the menu and select the food they would like to order. They can also check for special offers and vouchers.
Customers can add their favorite food to my order’s section. Previous orders and details of all the orders made can be maintained in a consolidated record.
Once the customers have done with adding all the desired items to the cart, then they can submit and proceed to checkout.
Customers have the option to track their order live, estimated time of delivery and location of the delivery person through real-time tracking.
Multiple modes of payment
Customers have easy and multiple modes of payment like Net Banking, Credit card, Debit card, e-wallet and Cash on delivery which makes the payment process much easier.
Driver app features
The delivery person will get the order notifications having all the details of customer, order details from the Admin as soon as the customer places the order.
The delivery person has the option either to accept or decline the order request. After accepting the order, the delivery person will be given an optimized route to find the customer location and to deliver the order on-time.
Track order summary
The delivery person can check all the order details and keep a record with the summary of all the completed orders, upcoming orders and pending orders.
Once the product delivery is done, the delivery boy can collect the delivery proof from the customers. The customers can also provide feedback about the delivery services.
Restaurant app features
Add new items
The restaurant owner can add or delete more dishes and manage dishes, and their prices, and discounts. Admin can also provide day-to-day discounts, special offers, Cashback on any dishes of their choice.
View customer details
The restaurant owner or Admin can view the details of customers like customer name, shipping and billing address, mobile number, and email id, order preferences.
The restaurant owner or Admin can receive alert notifications about the new orders from the customers with the order details like customer location, delivery time as soon as the order is placed.
Notify the driver
The system will send the notification to the delivery boy as soon as the customer places an order along with the order and location details of the customer.
Manage the records
The restaurant owner can view and manage the details of the customer. They can also check the upcoming, pending, completed orders and update the record.
