Nextbrain Technologies has designed and developed a customised mobile application for VNC DealerDirect which acts as an exclusive digital assistant for the dealers of VNC Group. VNC Group manufactures BESTWIRE binding wire, BESTARC welding electrodes, BESTBUILD construction chemicals, etc. Using this app, dealers can find the required products, place their orders, track their orders in real time, check the current payables, and register the payments easily.

Dealer app features

Create your account
Dealers can create their account by providing the contact person name, legal name or trade name, GST number, email id, mobile number and other details to create their account. Using the account details, they login and find the required products.

Find your product
Dealers can go through different varieties of products the company is offering and select the product they would like to order. They can also check any special offers, discounts, vouchers, and coupon codes. They can avail the special offers given on the products during checkout.

Place orders
After selecting the product, dealers can easily place the orders directly from their mobile. They can browse the products by category, find the required product, add the selected products and the quantity of the products required to my order’s section. They can also add or delete the product or quantity details while placing an order.

Easy checkout
Once the dealers have done with adding all the products to the cart, then they can submit and proceed to checkout. Dealers will get an order confirmation where they can view order number, order summary, GST and the final amount details.

Track your orders
Dealers can also track their order live, estimated time of delivery and location of the delivery person through real-time tracking. This helps them to know clearly about the status of their order.

Notifications
Dealers will also receive the alert notifications about the delivery of their products, order status, any delay in product delivery, and also in case if the product is out of delivery.

Check your current payables
Dealers can also check their account balance. After the transaction is done, they can check the payables against the invoices. Dealers can also view the details of previous orders and current orders.

Register your payments
Dealers can register their payments by providing payment type, payment reference number, payment date, amount, image, and other details. This helps to know about the invoices paid by the dealers.

Payment modes
Dealers have easy and multiple modes of payment like Net Banking, Credit card, Debit card, e-wallet, and Cash on delivery which makes the payment process hassle-free and more secure.
